Terms of Use – MeetMux

Welcome to MeetMux! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the MeetMux mobile application (the "Service"), provided by Altrodav Technologies Private Limited. By using MeetMux, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use MeetMux.

The MeetMux app is owned and operated by Altrodav Technologies Private Limited, an Indian company. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Altrodav Technologies Private Limited.

1. The MeetMux Service

We provide you with the MeetMux Service, a platform designed to facilitate safe, verified, and respectful interaction among users. The Service includes:

• The MeetMux mobile application and all features, technologies, services, and software provided under it.
• AI-based selfie verification to enhance user authenticity.
• Opportunities to create, connect, and communicate responsibly within the MeetMux community.
• Systems to promote safety, security, and adherence to these Terms.

By accessing MeetMux, you agree to comply with these Terms and our community guidelines.

2. Age Eligibility

To ensure a safe environment for all users:

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetMux.

3. Your Commitments

3.1 Accurate Information

• You must provide truthful registration details.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or misleading information are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Respectful Conduct

• You may not post, share, or distribute offensive, illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Abusive behavior or violation of third-party rights will result in account suspension or removal.
• You can chat only with users you are mutually connected with, visible under the "Connection List" tab.

4. User Content and Licensing

You retain ownership of the content you post (photos, videos, text). However, by using MeetMux, you grant Altrodav Technologies Pvt. Ltd. a royalty-free, irrevocable, global license to use, promote, and distribute your content within or outside the platform for business or promotional purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable intellectual property, privacy, and decency laws.

5. Profile Verification Requirement

• All users must upload a profile photo and complete AI selfie verification via their device's camera.
• Failed verification or mismatches may result in temporary or permanent account restrictions.

6. Location-Based Features

• When you land on the Home Page, the app displays your current location to personalize your feed.
• You can manually change your location if you want to explore content from other places.
• When creating content via the Create Post section (Planned Activity, Live Activity, or Post):
• You may choose a different location.
• For Live Activities, only your current real-time location is used and shown.
• The app requires permission to access your device’s location to offer key features. You will be informed about how your location is used before proceeding. You are free to deny permission, but some features may not function as intended.

7. Our Rights

• We may modify, suspend, or terminate any feature without prior notice.
• We may moderate or remove content at our discretion to enforce these Terms.
• We may access user activity logs to comply with legal, safety, or regulatory obligations.

8. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, source code, designs, algorithms, and proprietary content of MeetMux belong to Altrodav Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, reverse-engineering, or misuse of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Termination

We may terminate or restrict your account for:

• Breaches of these Terms.
• Misuse of the platform.
• Legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

Account termination may result in the permanent loss of your access, content, and data.

10. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• Altrodav Technologies Private Limited is not liable for user-generated content, real-world meetings facilitated through the app, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements.

• Users will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of MeetMux after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you disagree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and delete your account.

By checking the "I accept the Terms & Conditions" box during login and using MeetMux, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is legally binding under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
